Scynexis Inc. (anti-infectives) netted $58.7mm in its initial public offering of 6.2mm shares for $10. In March the company initially set terms of 4.2mm shares at $12-14, but in April increased the number of shares to 7.3mm and lowered the price range to $7-8.
