Executive Summary
BioMotiv LLC (acquires early-stage drug projects from institutions and develops them for later out-licensing) raised $25mm through what appears to be its Series A round. Founding backers University Hospitals of Cleveland and the Harrrington Family contributed, along with new investors Nationwide Mutual Insurance (which joins the company's board) and undisclosed individuals. The company has now raised $45mm since inception.
