Executive Summary
MolMed SPA (primarily oncology pharmaceuticals) grossed €56.2mm ($82.3mm) in its initial public offering on Borsa Italiana, the Italian stock exchange. It sold 26.1mm shares at €2.15 each, the bottom of its €2.15-2.75 range announced earlier this month.
