Executive Summary
NeoGuide (develops endoscopy systems) raised $25mm in its Series C round that was led by Advent Venture Partners. Existing investors Versant Ventures, Utah Ventures, 3i, Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Arboretum Ventures, SBV, The Angels' Forum/Halo Fund, and Rockport Venture Partners also participated. NeoGuide will use the funds for upcoming US commercialization of its computer-assisted colonoscopy system.
