Canadian drug development start-up Zelos Therapeutics (formerly ParaTech Therapeutics) grossed $9.4mm ($Cdn14mm) with a Series A private placement co-led by VenGrowth Capital Partners and Seaflower Ventures, which invested $4.4mm and $2.5mm respectively. Seed investor Genesys Capital Partners also participated.
