Executive Summary
The House Appropriations Committee postpones a markup of fiscal 2011 agriculture funding legislation, leaving FDA funding in limbo. The House adjourned for August recess without taking action, leaving fiscal 2011 funding levels undetermined until Congress returns the week of Sept. 13.
