Executive Summary
Sen. Dianne Feinstein's, D-Calif., Combat Methamphetamine Enhancement Act, S. 256, moves to the Senate floor for debate. The legislation would require retailers selling cold products with methamphetamine precursors - pseudoephedrine and ephedrine - to train employees on compliance with sales restrictions required by a 2006 law.
