Executive Summary
The House Energy and Commerce Committee's oversight plan for the 111th Congress includes assessing "whether necessary safeguards for imported drugs are in place," which is a focus of the FDA Globalization Act co-sponsored by former committee chairman John Dingell, D-Mich.
