Executive Summary
McNeil announces April 11 a voluntary nationwide recall of approximately 4 mil. bottles of the Glacier Mint and Bubble Blast flavors of Listerine Agent Cool Blue Plaque-Detecting rinse. The Morris Plains, N.J.-based firm says "the preservative system in the product is not adequate against certain microorganisms." To date there have been no reports by consumers of adverse health events, McNeil says.
