Vitamin Shoppe will use reasonable efforts to ensure suppliers exclusively use Nutrition 21's Chromax in Vitamin Shoppe brand private label chromium picolinate products, AMBI subsidiary says Dec. 6, announcing dismissal of patent infringement lawsuit. Agreement acknowledges Vitamin Shoppe has not knowingly or willfully been at fault. Companies also will develop co-promotional opportunities to support Vitamin Shoppe's retail, catalogue and Internet businesses.
