Procter & Gamble is appealing a federal court judge's dismissal of its copyright infringement lawsuit against Colgate-Palmolive over the firm's use of a "shell image" execution in toothpaste advertising. The appeal will be heard in Manhattan circuit court. Arguments in the case are expected to begin as early as the end of April.
