CLARINS FRAGRANCE GROUP TO BE HEADED BY BRAD HOROWITZ, effective immediately, Clarins' U.S. subsidiary recently announced. Horowitz will assume the title of director of marketing and sales for Clarins USA's newly developed Clarins Fragrance Group (CFG). He has been on board with Clarins for five years and most recently served as an account manager. In his new position, Horowitz will report to Clarins USA VP-Marketing Stacey Bradie.
