The Obama administration nominates Kevin Concannon as Department of Agriculture under secretary for food, nutrition and consumer cervices. If confirmed, Concannon will serve with Secretary Tom Vilsack and replace acting Under Secretary Beth Johnson (1"The Tan Sheet" Sept. 29, 2008, p. 14).
