The FTC's ongoing campaign against false and misleading ads related to hoodia products felled another company this month: Sili Neutraceuticals. The company and Brian McDavid must pay more than $2.5 million to resolve allegations of falsely advertising the weight loss potential of hoodia products and the anti-aging benefits of human-growth-hormone products.
