The first Web 2.0 medication therapy management encyclopedia for consumers, 1www.RxWiki.com, has been launched as a community network providing over-the-counter, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical information. Created by the National Community Pharmacists Association, the American Pharmacists Association, the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations and Mirixa Corp., the site allows pharmacists to create and share information with consumers and collaborate in the advancement of "Medication Therapy Management," according to the pharmacist groups. NCPA says the goal of the site is to become the "most trusted source of medication information" available online.
