Emord & Associates will open an office in the Phoenix metropolitan area Nov. 1, the law firm announces Feb. 6. Currently, the firm has offices in Washington, D.C. and Reston, Va. "With hundreds of our clients in the West and more coming each month; with cGMPs for dietary supplements pending and California Proposition 65 wreaking havoc on businesses in that state, we need a closer physical presence to our many clients in California, Utah and Phoenix," Jonathan Emord explained. The Phoenix branch will be managed by Attorney Robert Morely, who formerly worked in the insurance industry and with workers compensation law.
