Bristol-Myers Squibb is consolidating its three nonpharmaceutical units into a new healthcare group, which will "help us better identify and capitalize on the strategic opportunities of those businesses," the firm announces Sept. 20. Under the reorganization, the presidents of Mead Johnson Nutritionals, ConvaTec and BMS Medical Imaging will report directly to CEO Peter Dolan on an interim basis.
