The Senate passes the Commerce, Justice & Science Appropriations bill containing the Combat Meth Act Sept. 15. The anti-meth legislation was added to the CJS appropriations bill Sept. 9 (1"The Tan Sheet" Sept. 12, 2005, p. 5). The bill, which would put pseudoephedrine-containing products behind the counter, now heads to conference committee.
