California AG seeking new trial date against Tegrin dandruff shampoo marketer Reedco following settlements by other defendants in Prop 65 litigation. Under agreements not yet filed in San Francisco state court, settling defendants - including J&J's Neutrogena division, distributor Bergen Brunswig - would have to place Prop 65 warning on all coal tar-containing creams, as well as shampoos exceeding .5% coal tar equivalent. January trial date was vacated in light of settlements; remaining defendant Reedco is subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline's Block Drug.
