Executive Summary
Rulemakings on food labeling, infant formula and dietary supplements technically amended in March 30 Federal Register notice. One such amendment pertains to reg requiring 75-day premarket notifications for new dietary supplement ingredients. Reg now clarifies that submissions must be sent to Office of Nutritional Products, Labeling & Dietary Supplements rather than to Office of Special Nutritionals, which no longer exists
