Half of the pediatricians participating in an anonymous survey stated they recommend parents alternate between ibuprofen and acetaminophen when treating a child with a fever. Results of the survey, conducted by Clara Mayoral, MD, et al., Winthrop University Hospital, Mineola, N.Y., were published in the May issue of Pediatrics.
