NAD Expands Authority To Monitor Compliance With Ad Review Decisions

The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has formally broadened its authority to monitor companies' compliance with its advertising review recommendations under new procedures published in the recently-released December NAD Case Reports. The new procedures were approved by the National Advertising Review Council board Nov. 1 and went into effect in January.
