Launching "Online Health Network," an Internet "buyer's club that will provide members with added discounts, information resources and independent reviews of many of the available products and services throughout the industry," the Los Angeles-based supplement company says Dec. 1. The company also is launching the www.HealthZone.com Web site in the first quarter, designed for "e-commerce" and as an "information portal." Visitors to HealthZone.com may register for membership in the Online Health Network, to receive "special discounts and services at HealthZone.com." The Web site is to sell the "largest selection of health-related merchandise and services available from any one source with the lowest discount pricing," Irwin Naturals says. The firm has entered into agreements with the Internet search engines Lycos and HotBot to drive traffic to the site
