Office of National Drug Control Policy's High Intensity Drug Trafficking Program is allocating $8.8 mil. to fight methamphetamine, President Clinton announces May 6. The new funds support federal, state and local law enforcement efforts under way as part of the Clinton Administration's national methamphetamine strategy.
