Executive Summary
OTC LABELING RULE MODIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO REDUCE EXEMPTION PETITIONS that may be submitted to FDA, the Nonprescription Drug Manufacturers Association says in March 19 comments to the agency. Specifically, the association proposes use of 5-point type, elimination of leading, use of "any" sans serif font and the ability to put warnings on more than one information panel. In its comments, NDMA also expands its support for a small package exemption from cosmetic-drugs to all OTCs.
