Consumer print ads for the product, which are kicking off in April issues of Let's Live, American Health for Women, Great Life and Delicious, begin: "What time takes away, new Promensil successfully replaces: estrogens." The ads continues: "In major health studies of Asian and Latin women, midlife is a relative non-event....Their diets consist largely of foods containing isoflavones, like lentils, soy and chickpeas." Promensil, "in just one tablet a day, provides eight times as many estrogenic isoflavones as the typical American diet." The ad continues with some research data. "It's taken 14 years of scientific research to develop Promensil. In clinical trials, 93% of the women said they wanted to continue taking Promensil. They said it helped them 'feel normal', 'like myself.'" The ad concludes: "And what better way to feel than that?"
