Executive Summary

FISH OIL SUPPLEMENTS POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION UNDER REVIEW BY CALIFORNIA Attorney General Daniel Lungren's office. The AG has contracted with a lab to test some fish oil supplements for the presence of certain toxins to assess whether such products are marketed in violation of the state's Proposition 65 law. Based on the tests, the AG will decide whether to pursue enforcement action against the products. Results may be available in December.
