EUROPEAN "CONFERENCE BLEUE" HEALTH CARE/DRUG LAW FIRM NETWORK established in October aims to provide multinational legal advice on pharmaceutical issues. "The European Lawyers' Conference on Pharmaceutical and Health Care Affairs" is an association of 15 law firms with health care and drug law practices formed to facilitate the provision of legal advice across European national boundaries. Professional codes of practice for lawyers generally constrain attorneys from offering legal opinions on matters outside their own country, although some exceptions to that rule exist.
