FTC DIETARY SUPPLEMENT DRAFT GUIDANCE IN DEVELOPMENT as part of an ongoing "outreach program with the industry" will be designed to minimize confusion about the agency's standards and policies regarding advertising for supplements, Federal Trade Commission Assistant Director for Advertising Practices Anne Maher told attendees at the Council for Responsible Nutrition's annual conference, held Sept. 13-17 in Dana Point, Calif.
