Ephedrine distributor registration: Permanent exemption for retail distribution of OTC ephedrine combo products urged by NDMA in April 11 comments to the Drug Enforcement Administration. A Feb. 11 DEA interim rule grants retail distributors of combo ephedrine products with less than 24 g per transaction a temporary exemption from registration requirements of the Comprehensive Methamphetamine Control Act ("The Tan Sheet" Feb. 17, In Brief).
