MICROBICIDAL TOPICAL VAGINAL AGENTS FOR CHLAMYDIA AND GONORRHEA will be the first topic of discussion at FDA's joint advisory committee meeting on spermicides Nov. 20-22 at the Holiday Inn in Gaithersburg, Md. The first day will open with committee discussion on the use of microbicidal topical vaginal agents in prevention of sexual transmission of chlamydia and gonorrhea, according to an Oct. 30 Federal Register notice. The three-day meeting will bring together FDA's Nonprescription, Antiviral, Anti-infective and Reproductive Health Drugs Advisory Committees.
