NOVARTIS ADVERTISING/COMMUNICATIONS FIRM RUDER FINN will introduce the new name and identity of the Ciba-Geigy and Sandoz merger, the PR firm announced July 10. Ruder Finn of New York City was chosen to handle the worldwide advertising and communications program, partly based on the firm's work on a number of corporate and product communication assignments both for Ciba and Sandoz. Ruder Finn also participated in the information strategy for announcing the merger of Ciba and Sandoz.
