International Vitamin: Divests contract manufacturing division to newly formed Archon Vitamin for $440,000. The manufacturing division had annual sales of approximately $2 mil. and "sustained marginal losses over the past few years," International Vitamin reported. The Freehold, N.J.-based company said it expects to book a profit of about $200,000 on the sale of the division.
