Executive Summary
Seafood intake study: A study in the Nov. 1 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association by David S. Siscovick, MD, et al. finds that dietary intake from seafood of 5.5 g of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids per month "was associated with a 50% reduction in the risk of primary cardiac arrest," compared with no intake.
