Executive Summary
Draft regulation requiring child-resistant packaging for mouthwashes containing more than 3 g alcohol is unanimously approved by the Consumer Product Safety Commission at a May 3 meeting. NDMA and CTFA recently aligned their voluntary CRP programs with the CPSC proposal from a previous suggestion that mouthwashes containing more than 5% alcohol have CRPs ("The Tan Sheet" April 4, p. 7)
