Executive Summary
Discontinues advertising for its Cybergenics Cybertrim and Cybergenics Quick Trim products, according to a case report from the National Advertising Division of the Council for Better Business Bureaus. After NAD requested substantiation for weight loss claims and product endorsements made for the Cybergenics products, L&S Research said it discontinued the ads in question and is "undertaking a complete review of all of its advertising, promotional materials and labeling" and will be revising those materials.
