FDA speakers at the March 22-23 meeting in Washington, D.C. on "How to Implement FDA's New Labeling Regulations" include: Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition Director Fred Shank, Office of Food Labeling Director Ed Scarborough, Office of Special Nutritionals Acting Director Beth Yetley, Special Assistant for Policy Mitch Zeller, OSN Special Assistant Jim Tanner, and Division of Science & Applied Technology John Hathcock.
