Executive Summary
J&J completes acquisition of RoC hypoallergenic skin care business from Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton on Dec. 9. J&J said it is assuming the same relationship with Dermik, the U.S. distributor of RoC products, as RoC had. According to Dermik, the company has an exclusive 10-year joint-venture agreement for distribution of RoC products in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. J&J announced its intention to purchase the RoC business for an undisclosed sum in November ("The Tan Sheet" Nov. 22, p. 10).
