Trademark infringement suit against private-label H&BA manufacturer Perrigo has been settled out of court. Filed Sept. 4, 1992 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the complaint charges that Perrigo's Equate Blue Mint Antiseptic Mouth Rinse infringes on the trade dress of Warner- Lambert's Cool Mint Listerine Antiseptic. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
