Executive Summary
Pharmacists Planning Service, Inc. submits March 11 petition to FDA asking that oral contraceptive tablets of norethindrone 1 mg and ethinyl estradiol .035 mg be placed in a "transitional" nonprescription category available only through a pharmacist.
