Part D Enhanced Plans With Gap Coverage For Generics Increasing For 2011

The number of enhanced stand-alone Medicare Part D plans offering to pay for generic drugs in the coverage gap will grow from 321 plans in 2010 to 341 plans in 2011, according to a preview of next year’s Part D landscape released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Sept. 21.
