Alcatel-Lucent exec Frank D'Amelio will join Pfizer as senior VP and chief financial officer in mid-September. Currently Senior Executive VP, Integration and Chief Administrative Officer at Alcatel-Lucent, D'Amelio has also held senior management positions at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. In his new role D'Amelio will be responsible for all aspects of the Pfizer's finances, including treasury, tax, the controller's division and investor development. D'Amelio succeeds Alan Levin, whose resignation from the company was announced in May. D'Amelio will report to Pfizer Chairman and CEO Jeff Kindler...
