Amerisource acquires Bellco Health
AmerisourceBergen will purchase branded and generic pharmaceuticals distributor Bellco Health for $235 million, the company announces March 28. Bellco, headquartered in New York, has annualized revenues of $2 billion. AmerisourceBergen CEO David Yost said Bellco's nationwide sales of dialysis products and services complement his company's specialty distribution business.
