Pfizer announces the commercial unit leaders for its new U.S. pharmaceutical organization Feb 2. The specialty products unit will be run by Dee Mahoney, senior VP of U.S. pharmaceuticals. Andreas Fibig, regional president of Latin American, Africa and the Middle East, will be senior vice president of the central nervous system and pain unit.
