FDA warns drug importers

FDA issues Jan. 22 warning letter to Temple, Texas-based Expedite Rx and affiliated companies SPC Global Technologies and Employer Health Options for selling prescription drugs imported from Canada. In the letter, FDA says Expedite Rx' web site is "misleading" for stating that FDA has taken a "compassionate approach" to enforcement.
