Bayer/GSK Levitra ads

Executive Summary

Levitra TV ads debut Aug. 26. During the 15-second spot, an announcer states, "It's new. It's a new choice. It's new Levitra. And it's here now," while showing a picture of a flame. The flame logo is intended to project "character" and "passion," GSK says. The ad also displays the NFL's logo while the announcer states, "Ask your doctor about the new choice. New Levitra." Bayer/GSK have a three-year contract with the NFL. Additional ads will complement the NFL co-sponsored "Tackling Men's Health" program. The ad coincides with the Aug. 21 launch of the drug (1"The Pink Sheet" Aug 25, 2003, p. 3)...
