Omnibus appropriations bill expected to repeal provision in homeland security bill which required that claims related to vaccine components, including the preservative thimerosal, go through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund (1"The Pink Sheet" Nov. 18, 2002, p. 27). Sens.
