Ventiv will loan Cellegy $10 mil. to promote the drug for initial 18 to 24 months; Cellegy will repay product sales expenses with interest and provide royalties to Ventiv. Cellegy expects to file an NDA for Anogesic in the fourth quarter and anticipates approval in mid-2002
