American Home Products will provide Interneuron with additional product liability insurance coverage for Redux litigation. Interneuron said May 31 that together with its existing insurance, "this total insurance coverage is sufficient to address its potential remaining Redux product liability." The agreement indemnifies Interneuron against Redux liability cases alleging primary pulmonary hypertension and cases that have already opted out of AHP's national class action settlement.
