Indiana urologist Ronald Mannion, MD, pleads guilty April 25 to healthcare fraud in case involving resale of free samples of TAP's prostate cancer treatment. He will be sentenced Oct. 2 by Boston federal Judge George O'Toole. TAP is also under investigation in the case (1"The Pink Sheet" April 17, 2000, p. 17)
